Just create your personal account at the new DECIDE4ACTION & FullFact Support Center and open a ticket or access the Knowledgebase to get the OEE Toolkit support you need.
Every Support Center request will be confirmed by email and contains a link, which allows you to track the progress of your ticket. We strive to answer incoming support questions within a day. We respond to critical issues within 4 work hours (GMT+1).
Our OEE Support Team is happy to help you with technical questions, and also your questions about definition issues or Continuous Improvement challenges will be answered by our OEE experts who are dedicated to your support.
